Guitar Fretsaw with hardwood handle.
4 precision depth versions are available - 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.5mm.
The depth of fret slot is fixed for each version.
Supplied with 5x 32tpi blades.
Blade Width 0.023" / 0.6mm.
 
SAW BODY DESIGN
The saw body/spine is manufactured in our workshop from stainless steel and is rigidly designed providing full blade support and efficient cutting. The blade is retained on the saw body by a single allen head screw and is easily changed.
 
SAW HANDLE
The saw handle is turned from beech and fitted with a steel ferrule. The handle has a tapered profile for comfortable grip.

Premium Quality Blades (manufactured by Sandvik).
5x 32TPI saw blades - Kerf Width 0.023" / 0.6mm.
 
100% BLADE SETTING & INSPECTION:
Our blade supply is single sourced to ensure continuous quality. The blades require a small check/modification in order to be suitable for producing slots for fret wire. Each blade is qualified/set to 0.6mm in our workshop using specialised tooling and 100% inspected using a Precision Toolmakers Go Gauge.
