The system is constructed from marine plywood, oak, stainless steel and aluminium components and requires a small amount of assembly. Please note that some features will vary depending on the specification and this information is provided as a general guide and for familiarisation with the product. Please refer to the product details for exact specification.

The base features an 18mm thick treated marine ply board, equipped with locking clamps and centralising blocks. This allows the workstand to be guided and clamped centrally underneath the press, whilst the small extension table provides additional support during transitions.
The base is secured over the bottom member of the press via 8mm diameter countersunk allen screws. Adjustable feet are fitted to support the base at the outer corners. The extension table is butted against the edge of the board and radially positioned to suit.

The workstand neck caul is supplied loose and attached to the underside of the support frame using the allen wrench supplied.

The solid body support is assembled in the same manner.

The press caul is attached to the screw via a spring retained collar.
Before fixing the press height, return the caul to its highest position on the screw then pre-wind downwards by 1-2 turns*. This will set the correct caul travel for pressing.
The protective rubber strip should be placed on the fretboard and the cross beam lowered until the caul rests on top of the rubber. Ensure the cross beam is horizontal then lock in position using the thumb screws. Unwind the screw to set the caul height* and remove the rubber. Adjust all the locking plates and tighten the fixing screws.
The base incorporates central guides for the guitar support stand. A movable extension table facilitates transferring the guitar stand between the docking position and press. Clamps for locking in position underneath the press and at the docking position are provided.
